I, ____________________________, am the buyer and agree to have this dog spayed or neutered within 6 months
of date purchased. Once this dog has been spayed or neutered and verified by the seller, registration papers will
be sent to buyer. If buyer does not have the dog spayed or neutered within 6 months of date purchased, rights to
claim the dog’s registration papers will be null and void. Seller agrees to send registration papers to buyer within 5
working days of verification that the dog was spayed or neutered.
This is a legal and binding contract under the jurisdiction of Grady County, Oklahoma.
